Actually, you can't just ignore them if you have to export the clean translation. Not sure if they cause any problems if you want to export a bilingual, though.
I noticed this error only when working from a bilingual created by someone else OR when "reimporting" a bilingual created by me after changing anything in my own copy of the file.

This is not a matter of inconsistency of tags between source and target column. When this happens, the tags are "wrong" in the source column, as well. As I said above, this happens only when I have changed something in my own copy of the file I previously exported into a bilingual and then I try reimporting it.
