MemoQ 9 CAL activtion failed?

Server updated to ver 9 so the old 8.7 can not manage it anymore.

So I downloaded and installed MemoQ 9 on my PC with Win 7 OS, but can not get CAL licese as I could with 8.7.
Tried to install MemoQ 9 on laptop with Win 10 OS, COULD get the license.

What could be the problem here?

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall memoq 9, even cleared regedit.
Doesn't work.
