Topic: Why was my email to the sales team at Kilgray (for MemoQ) deleted?

Yesterday, I first sent a support request to Kilgray (MemoQ) regarding development of a feature for my MemoQ Translator Pro. I received a reply that I should turn to their sales team with my enquiries instead, which I did, also yesterday.
Then today Monday, I received an automatic notification a while ago that my email to Kilgray's sales team has been deleted without being read!
I have sent a new support request to Kilgray, asking the reason that my email to their sales team has been deleted.
Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the reason?
