Yes, they have been resolved. Everything seems to be in order with the translation memories. I didn't work with an online project - it was offline, as usual. My client meant the other translators didn't have any issue creating a return package.

Hi Mario,
Thank you very much for your support. I agree they are responsive, but considering the price I paid for their software, that's pretty normal. Apart from that, they are still figuring out where the issue is and offered a live session using TeamViewer after many emails...
