I followed your instructions and everything worked great!
removed the Memoq and installed it again and everything worked.

I tried everything that came into my head ( starting a new project, repairing the TM, new TM, making QA, making correction, etc) but nothing worked!! :/
Only after reinstalling Memoq things got back to normal!

And also I found NO info on the internet about simillar problem!
So for everyone in the future with the same problem - REINSTALL MEMOQ!
