TM in MemoQ not appearing to be attached

Hi Molly I saw your chat on ProZ.com about the MemoQ
software and TM problems. I hope you can help me a bit here
because I'm lost. I'm a
ltranslator but most of my time I work as an interpreter.
I'm not good with the IT stuff and I'm puzzled with MemoQ.

I only have the trial
version now that doesn't allow me to import any TM from the
outside source. However when I open a new project and
attached my file
for translation it showed as mostly pretranslated in 94%. I
open my new TM as it kept showing me that there is no active
translation
memory attached to the project. But even so my new TM seems
not to be working for some reason. Do you know how to attach
my TM to the project so it stops giving me that message?
