Send them one prepared with Okapi Rainbow. They'll be able to make use of the XLF file.

Well this means for me, the translator with MemoQ should prepare it with this tool.

And after this, he could send me back the project? also with glossary?
I don't want any Extra work ;-)

Or should the translator work better direct with OmegaT?
